| 1. How soon can I expect my anniversary invitations/accessories after I place my order? Regular UPS shipping is received within 7-10 business days after order review and confirmation. Normally, orders are received within 3-5 working days with second day air shipping. We must have a physical address for delivery in order to track UPS shipments. (Check with us for Next Day Air availability.) (The above delivery schedules are based on normal conditions and circumstances. We are not responsible for unforeseen exceptions or for shipper's performance.) 2. Can I change the color on ink on an invitation? You can select from several standard ink colors for your verse/wording and personalizing of your anniversary invitations. There is a $6.60 ink charge for any color but black. 3. Do I have to use one of your anniversary verses? These verses are presented to assist you with wording. You can choose your own wording. 4. What is your preferred method of receiving an order? Receiving orders online is our preferred method. This cuts down on errors. It also makes for better communications between you and our Order Taking and Print Department. After your order is placed, we call or email to review your order. If you do not like to order online, please call us and we will be happy to take your order. 5. How do you handle errors? We carefully review orders with our customers. Our proofing staff is well trained. Your order is proofed several times before printing. However, if an error were to occur, we expedite a reprint. 6. Are envelopes included with invitations? Two envelopes are included with most invitations (an inner envelope and an outer envelope). Having your address printed on the outer envelope is optional. 7. What is an envelope liner? Most of our invitations have optional lined envelopes. This means that the inner envelope can be lined with gold, silver, pearl, etc. 8.
